Allison Martinez, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at LinqCare Inc. All services are made available through the Psychiatry and Behavioral Health Practice’s online telehealth platform.
She holds a Master’s degree in Social Service Management from Bryn Mawr College, a women's liberal arts college in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania, as well as a Specialization in Child and Family Wellbeing.
Allison was the Director of a Clinical Alternative Educational Program for teens and worked as a clinician in a crisis hospital for 15 years. She has provided counseling in outpatient settings to people from all backgrounds with a wide variety of needs.
Having worked in education and health care for over 30 years, Allison provides kind, professional, and authentic healing, focusing on self-compassion, and using various tools and strategies. According to Allison, authenticity is the quality of being genuine or real. Her hope for her patients is that she can help them to live a more authentic and joyful life.
She works collaboratively with her patients to increase self-awareness, engage in self-compassion, strengthen confidence, and develop new ways to cope with anxiety and stress.
