Meet Rosella Collins Puoch

Dr. Rosella Collins Puoch, EDD, MSW, LICSW, is a licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker at LinqCare Inc. All services are made available through the Psychiatry and Behavioral Health Practice’s online telehealth platform.

Dr. Puoch holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of St. Thomas, a private Catholic university in St. Paul and Minneapolis, Minnesota, and a Doctoral degree in Behavioral Science from Argosy University in Schaumburg, Illinois. 

With a Master of Social Work (MSW) and a Doctor of Online Education (EDD), Dr. Puoch can influence the direction of social work, behavioral health, and telehealth. She is a leader of learning and organizational change. 

Dr. Puoch has over 25 years of social work practice and over ten years of clinical experience working with individuals, couples, and families from all races and socioeconomic backgrounds.

She takes pride in providing all therapy services in a safe and caring environment, empowering her clients to comfortably work through problems and personal life challenges, discovering solutions, and improving their quality of life.
